Heidi was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and has been exploring movement in various ways throughout her lifetime. She has spent most of her years dancing through many styles of movement which unfortunately led to a double-knee injury. She found that Pilates was one of the few physical activities she could do with little pain, and decided to continue Pilates past rehabilitation. In 2016, Heidi decided to move to Seattle to become a Pilates instructor, and studied at Bodycenter Studios. Heidi enjoys working with clients with a wide range of needs and activity levels, and continuing to explore the potential of the human body.
