Linsyanne is passionate about teaching and building healthy/mindful bodies in a supportive environment. She incorporates her diverse experience in pilates, dance, martial arts, and somatic practices to tailor sessions to the individual. She has accomplished a BFA in Dance (Cum Laude) from Cornish College of the Arts as well as a Pilates Matwork Certification under the direction of Michele Miller. Linsyanne went on to become a trained Stott Pilates Instructor at Bodycenter Studios in Seattle. Working through many of her own injuries Linsyanne found that pilates provided the tools for her to strengthen, reconnect, and re-pattern her mind/body habits. With this knowledge she seeks to work with and empower her clients to meet their own personal goals.
